"What does Days supply" mean?
Some prescriptions are taken “as needed” and some are taken daily. Days Supply refers to how many days your prescription should last you. For example, if you take one pill daily and have a days supply of “30,” it should last you for 30 days.
How do i speak to a valor employee?
Controlled medications have more restrictions due to laws and regulations. These regulations are to help ensure patient safety. Because of this, prescription orders often cannot be refilled early.
Do I need to request a refill each month?
Controlled substances such as Ketamine are currently not eligible for the Automatic Refill Program. This means you will need to request a refill each month. To do this you can call our pharmacy, have your doctor send us a new valid prescription, or you can fill out a request for a refill online.
